I have always understood the importance of a hydrating mist and how it can assist your skin in absorbing the following skin care products you apply. I can honestly say at 60, I have tried many, however the vata hydrating mist is different, it can work two ways for me, firstly it has made such a difference to the absorption of my skin care products & secondly I can mist this again during the day when I have been out in the sun and my skin is feeling tight and my skin feels hydrated and the smell is divine which is another added bonus for my mental health.
