AM: eyewash, mouthwash, face wash, facial toner, hair mist/gloss (yes, it adds shine) refreshing beverage (add a tsp to a glass of water)

PM: pillow & sheet mist, relaxing tea (just add a few tsp to hot water), bath in it, add a cup or two to your bath.. sounds decadent I know, but if you’re not worth it, then who is..!
