How to ‘reuse & refill’ PET plastic:
Step 1. Send your empty, thoroughly washed bottles to:

Step 2. email firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of your *Aus Post receipt (this will inc. the tracking number) to request a *free shipping code. * If your using a courier company the same applies, simply send us the online link.
Step 3. Purchase your products at the ‘reuse & refill’ price.
* a free shipping code is only applicable to orders including reuse & refill products exclusively.
*At this point in time this program only applies to our black plastic PET 240ml, 475ml & 1 L bottles.
HOW TO REMOVE WORN LABELS (reuse & refill plastic program)
We don’t recommend removing your product labels to reuse the bottle unless its really worn. The reason being is that its not easy! To remove the labels you will need hot water and patience.
Step 1. Soak the bottle in hot water and fill the bottle with hot water so that it is submerged.
Step 2. After 5min while the water is still hot, begin peeling off your label. The hotter the water is the more the glue softens and allows the label to lift. (Don’t use boiling water as it will distort the bottle).
Step 3. Using dishwashing liquid clean the remaining adhesive glue left behind from the bottle. An essential oil like eucalyptus or orange oil will also assist with this.

Rasasara accepts payments via direct debit, credit card via PayPal or Afterpay.
How long does shipping take?
This depends on which method of shipping you choose at check out. If you select the Free Shipping option (domestic orders only), your order will be dispatched via one of two methods.
If you are based in Melbourne or Sydney Metro, your order will be dispatched by courier and usually take between 2-3 days to reach you. All other Australian orders are dispatched via parcel post. Shipping times vary state to state but orders usually arrive within 4-7 days.
Please note, orders can take between 1-3 business days to be dispatched from our head office in Surrey Hills, Melbourne Australia (pending stock availability).
All international orders are dispatched via air mail (unless express shipping is selected at checkout), please allow 7-10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email upon dispatch, including a tracking number for your reference.

Please notify us within 2-3 weeks* of your order confirmation should your order not have arrived.
*the longer you take to inform us the more difficult it becomes to locate within the postal system.
Orders cannot be tracked 6 weeks past the date they are lodged with Australia Post.
We will not be held accountable for orders not received if we are not notified within 3 weeks of dispatch.
How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping is free for all Australian orders over $100.00
- Australian orders are shipped by Australia Post or by courier for Melbourne & Sydney Metro locations
- Shipping costs for all destinations including international locations vary and are determined by weight, calculated at checkout.

How do I use Rasasara?
For best results, we highly recommend referring to your beauty ritual, specific to your dosha or skin type; vata, pitta or kapha.

Why do I have to mix the Hydrating Mist & Nourishing Oil?
Mixing the mist or floral water & the face nourishing oil is all part of your beauty ritual.
When you mix the two together, what you get is a very light but highly nourishing and hydrating moisturising serum, in other words, a moisturiser. What is so great about these versatile products, is that you can experiment with the quantities that work best for your particular skin.
What is the shelf life of your products?
All Rasasara products have a shelf life of two years, apart from the Aromatic Hydrating mists which have a shelf life of one year.
How is it possible that such natural products have such a long shelf life?
It is all down to preservatives. People often ask how it’s possible to preserve our products for as long as we do -its not hard at all.
It’s just more expensive to use natural preservatives, like Coconut oil, Vitamin E, essential oils and grapefruit seed extract in place of synthetic ones. Synthetic and alcohol based preservatives are very heating and aggravate sensitive skin.
How long will it take to see results?
All skin is different, but generally speaking, Rasasara is highly active and results can be perceived almost immediately –
particularly with the Pitta range. Vata and Kapha ranges do require for the skin to adjust and this can take up to 2-3 weeks.
Is Rasasara vegan?
All Rasasara products are vegan, excepting the and Rasa Skin Balm (Ghee).
Is Rasasara tested on animals?
Rasasara has a very strict anti-animal testing policy and has been certified cruelty free by CCF Australia.
Where is Rasasara made?
Rasasara is handcrafted in Surrey Hills, Melbourne Australia.
Naturally Rasasara products are packaged with their biodegradability & the earth’s ecology in mind. As the business grows we will continue to seek out newer ecological methods of packaging. Currently we use PET recycled plastic, we store all our cold pressed oils in glass, all our paper products are recycled & printed with non toxic inks & washed with benign press chemicals & we don’t over package with unnecessary boxes & we bubble wrap your online orders in green potato based bubble!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand, sometimes a product may fall short of hopes and expectations. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make an exchange for store credit please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days from the date of purchase. We will offer a store credit for the cost of the item paid, though not the cost of shipping. Please email the tracking number and date of postage to email@example.com The product must be returned in a *securely packaged* box.
PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days from receipt.
(WHOLESALE) TERMS, RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Should you wish to return an order, the condition they are returned in will dictate our capacity to refund the items. We exchange wholesale returns in good reusable order, so long as the items are unopened & are returned undamaged by the receiver or postal system within 30 days. We also recommend you apply insurance to cover any damages that may be incurred during shipping. We refund wholesale orders in good reusable condition minus 35% of the orders total cost. If you require transit cover for your order please notify us prior to payment. If wholesale orders are lost or damaged without transit cover, the manufacturer will not take responsibility for any losses. All parcels have tracking and notifications sent directly to the wholesaler. If you do not receive these notifications or there is a problem with receiving the parcel, please notify us immediately. The manufacturer will not be held responsible for loss or damage to unclaimed parcels left for 10 days or longer. Please refer to the wholesale pricelist for full terms and conditions.
*Please check your countries individual customs regulations & laws regarding receiving organic skincare as we do not refund rejected orders. The reasoning for this is that in most cases items returned by customs arrive damaged or have been in the postal system for so long that we are unable to find them (they are lost) or reuse the product owing to them being stored at unknown temperature/climates that can result in the products being spoilt.
*Wholesale Orders rejected by customs are eligible for a refund minus 35% of the original cost, based upon the condition of the items returned. i.e we will refund the cost of the usable products returned.
*Please note products that have been delayed in the postal system or take over 45 days to be returned to RASASARA in Australia are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Natural, organic, edible products may spoil if affected by high temperatures during travel and as we can no longer guarantee the use by dates on these items that may have affected or spoiled the products, during shipping, they are of no value and therefore nonrefundable or acceptable for exchange. Therefore we recommend returning orders via international express post with tracking.
Please note we do not offer refunds on products or orders that have been misplaced or lost within the UPS or other international postal systems. Rasasara dispatches orders within 1-3 days of receipt, (or otherwise notified). We do not dispatch orders without tracking & as our duty of care to you and always contact O/S customers to ask if they would like this added. However should your order be delayed in [your county of origin], due to extreme weather, customs procedures or other unforeseen circumstances we take no responsibility for this and nor do we offer refunds.
Should an item be returned owing to the receivers choice not to pay duties we do not offer refunds. Should an article be returned and marked as unclaimed we do not offer refunds. It is the responsibility of the receiver to collect the items from customs. We are always available to offer support during this process and help locate items awaiting collection.
